Questions before a care plan
Price the whole plan, then look past the opening offer.
Ask for a written total. Separate the care charge, medicine, tests, delivery, and any later charges before comparing plans.

These price details were checked on September 26, 2026.
A maker’s list price differs from what an insured patient pays. Cash offers, discount cards, and government programs produce other figures.
The manufacturers’ offers to people paying without insurance mostly cost about $149 to $499 a month on that date. The medicines included semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic), tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro), and orforglipron (Foundayo). Some late-refill prices were higher.
Those offers depend on the product, strength, and terms. The amount supplied for a “month” also varies across makers.
That range is context for certain medicines, not a quote for a clinic plan or for peptide care as a whole. Get a quote for the actual proposal.
Do not let the membership hide the rest.
In a small sample of weight-care services, membership and medicine were usually separate charges. That sample cannot establish prices across the market.
December 31, 2026 was the stated cutoff in many cash-offer and savings-card terms. Terms beyond that date need another check.
Ask whether the assessment costs money even if it ends without a prescription. Get the cancellation and refund terms for any membership in writing.
