Before the planA peptide care workbook

Read. Ask. Leave room for an answer.

Questions before a care plan

Leave with a next step you can name.

Put the reply, the open question, and the person responsible on the same sheet. A conversation can end with more information to gather.

A line drawing of an open envelope, a blank folded note, and a small paper clip.
Keep the reply with the question.

Read back your notes. Ask whether you have understood the proposed plan. If an answer still feels vague, write the follow-up question before the conversation ends.

Write down who will answer and how.
